Each private session at Cre8balance® is fully personalized to your body, your goals, and your current state of well-being.
Through a combination of Pilates-based core training, mindful movement, breathwork, functional strength work, nutritional guidance, mindset coaching, and energy healing practices, you are supported in developing strength, clarity, and alignment from within.
The focus extends beyond physical training to include how you move, think, feel, and live—creating a more integrated and balanced experience of well-being.

Energy Healing & Nervous System Reset
This is one of the most transformative parts of my work and something many clients choose to add after their physical training session.
Energy healing helps the body shift from stress and tension into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. By working with the nervous system, energy pathways, and subtle energy field, the body is supported in releasing physical, emotional, and energetic holding patterns.
Each session includes a combination of gentle hands-on energy work, grounding techniques, and advanced therapeutic modalities that help calm the nervous system, support recovery, and restore balance throughout the body.
Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and more centered—like their entire system has been reset.
Integrated Sessions
Many clients choose a 90-minute session format, which combines:
• 60 minutes of Pilates, TRX, or mindful movement training
• 30 minutes of energy healing and nervous system regulationThis integrated approach supports both physical strengthening and deep recovery in one session, allowing the body to work and then fully release, reset, and restore.
Private Healing & Coaching Sessions
Energy healing sessions are also available on their own (60 or 90 minutes), and can be tailored to support stress, emotional tension, chronic pain, fatigue, or general energetic imbalance.
These sessions often include deeper integrative life coaching, allowing us to work more specifically through personal challenges, transitions, or recurring patterns. This may include emotional support, mindset work, and guided reflection to help bring clarity and forward movement.
Over the years, I have supported clients through a wide range of life experiences, including divorce, major life transitions, and serious health journeys, offering grounded, compassionate guidance throughout their process.
These sessions are especially supportive for clients who need space to reset, process, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
