Hello, I'm Andrea Maria Sulzbacher.
Growing up amidst the natural beauty of Austria, I developed an early appreciation for the profound connection between nature, health, and inner harmony. This foundation continues to inspire my philosophy today.
To me, wellness is more than physical health—it’s feeling strong in your body, clear in your mind, connected to your heart, and aligned with the life you want to create.
For more than three decades, I have devoted my life to the study and practice of holistic wellness, helping individuals cultivate greater vitality, resilience, and balance through an integrative approach that combines mindful movement, nutrition, breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and wellness coaching.
At the heart of my work is helping people reconnect with their core—not only physically, but emotionally and energetically. Through Pilates and other holistic practices, I guide clients toward greater strength, self-awareness, and inner alignment. I believe that when we strengthen our center, we create a foundation from which every aspect of life can flourish.
In my own life, I embody the principles I teach. Now in my early fifties and in menopause, I feel deeply energized, strong, and grounded as a result of a consistent, balanced lifestyle over many years. This lived experience informs my work with women in midlife and beyond who are navigating change, seeking vitality, and wanting to feel at home in their bodies through every stage of life.
